Basically hadn't won a game in solo for 3 days, need help. B2

I just need help.. Im falling fast and idk what to do. Currently just decided to spam diana jung and nasus top. But i can't do shit if people keep losing their lane 7 mins in.

I normally main adc and jung. As for what i main, not really anything.. 'Cause i'm just that bad at the game. If i told you what i wanted to main you'd just say no and force me to choose something else.
