Looking for Team

I am 18 years old i can be on everyday to play. I main support. Top 3 champions are Thresh, Braum, and Soraka. I left League for a few months and i am back. I am looking for a dedicated team that doesnt have to be great just willing to not rage and help each other out. I can get any voice comm. I would love to tryout for a team.
