Top / Jungle LF a serious 5s team.

I am looking for a serious team that works together and plays ranked to win and progress. I know my solo Que rank isn't great but I really am a good player and I am just looking to learn and progress with the right team into higher ranks. I am not interested in joining a team who only plays a couple times a week. I am looking to play almost every night and looking to put in a stream and build a fan base plz hit me up if it sounds like I am a good fit my ign is Pattrik.
