ADC LF Duo / Serious 5's

I main adc i am currently digging my way out of bronze i placed this season at b1 looking for a serious team who plays every day or closed to it my avail is :

Mon- Fri - 7pm - 2am EST Sat / Sun - All day

Looking for ore than just placing then falling off looking to be on a serious team looking to push as high as we can go.
