Looking for Co-Admins / Staff for new discord community.

**Tons of communities around, TONS, but I can't seem to find one that I fit inside of so here goes. **

About the community I'm looking to create.

• I'm wanting a casual environment for mature players to be able to find other players to play with. One where you don't have to go through a long interview process just to find some people to play with.
• A place where you don't have to worry about being kicked because you let a curse word slip, Actually had a group tell me I wasn't allowed to cuss at all once, that's just not for me and I know many others.
• A community where our main priority is league of legends, not 27 other games. ( that being said of course it doesn't matter if people play other games, this is just meant that the game we will be focused on recruiting for will be league and that's it. )
• A community using discord. Has nothing to do with not being able to afford teamspeak, I just think teamspeak is slowly dying off because they won't update it with more usability. Discord offers text chat so you can communicate with every member without having to move from room to room to room over and over asking people if they wanna play or what they're doing.
• Will never enforce use of a website or forums. If later on the community makes a website or forums it will STRICTLY be voluntary to use them.
• The community doe snot have a name picked yet.

Here's a few reasons I've left communities in the past.

• Ran by people who aren't committed, or are too young to put in time / effort.
• Special treatment for friends by admins. People who get free passes even though they're awful to be around.
• A lot of the communities aren't based around league of legends, if your community has 100 active members but the vast majority don't play league of legends what's the point.
• Huge application / intro process just to realize 2 days later that the community barely has any members.

** What I'm looking for in admins / Staff. **

• People who can be impartial in administering rules. What I mean is, no matter who the person is that's breaking the rules, treat them the same, no favorites.
• People who will do more than just sit in a channel all day, I'm looking for suggestions on the community 24/7.
• People who can act like they're an admin, I mean be mature. I don't care if you wanna joke around that's fine, but if you're joking 24/7 and never serious it's an issue.
• People who are going to take time to bump boards posts and other things of that nature.
• People who want their opinion to be heard and made apart of the community.
• Who have enough free time to be on the discord a reasonable amount.

**About Me as a person. **

• I'm 25 years old, married, and I have 2 children.
• I've been playing league of legends since just after beta ended and before ranked came out.
• I don't work anymore, I stay at home with the kids. ( I know, be jealous. ) Which gives me ample amount of time to do whatever I want as long as it's not meal time.
• I probably like trying out dumb builds on champions more than i do anything else ( in arams or weekend game modes usually )
• I started playing MMO's when I was about 13, They're my favorite genre of game but none of the new ones are my type so I'm not playing any currently.
• I attended the University of Louisville, THE number 1 sports school in the state of Kentucky. ;)

Well I can't think of anything else right now, so I'm going to go ahead and post this topic. If I think of anything to add then I'll edit it, or repost the topic in a few days.
