Creating a Silver+ Team also looking for a coach/analyst for Team

Looking to make a serous 5s team of Silver+ players what i mean by this is we will have mandatory practice at an agreed on time, you will be given constructive criticism and be expected to give constructive criticism to your teammates, raging will not be tolerated if you flame a teammate you will be warned if it continues you will be removed, all applicants must have a working microphone and have Curse voice, teamspeak, or skype and must be able to communicate during practice. Once the team has spent time playing together and are comfortable with each other the team will be playing in tournaments regularly. Other rules maybe made after the team is formed. Any coach/analyst should be at least gold and be able to make practice to watch and help the team correct errors in game play also being able to record game play would be a plus though is not required.
