Looking for people in blind pick to play with

Me and a friend have been playing but are having some trouble with people in blind pick so I wanted to try and find a few good reliable teammate I'm a top pantheon I'm pretty good not the best but I can handle a 1v2 top if I need to my friend who jungles with master yi is a new player who is starting to get the aspect of the game in the sense of skill we would need a mid and 2 bots but also have 2 other friends who play less frequently if we can't find enough people.
