Coach Application

Our Organization is adding new bronze-silver teams for competitive play and will need coaches. We are looking for coaches that are able to lead a low elo team to its full potential. After a team is formed we assign 2 coaches to it, usually but not limited to one macro and one micro.

After we accept your application we will arrange a date and time for a interview, after the interview you will be sent one of the teams vods for you to review. During the review you will take the role of coach and the application committee will take the role of a student. We will assess your ability to make experienced decisions based on what you see and your communication skills in transferring that knowledge to your students. *specific times will vary based on your availability. IF you are interested fill out the application form and wait for a response.

We will be placing 2 coaches on a team to reduce the workload and time commitment

Requirements -Must have a possitive attidude -Have advanced game knowledge (Macro, Micro, Builds) -Able to do one on one coaching sessions with players -Work well with other coaches -Organized and dedicated

Team Schedule:

-The teams will be meeting for 3 hours twice a week days depend on team -Each players will meet for individual coaching 3 times a week player or coach will schedule -Scheduled scrims and Tournaments will depend on coach

Responsibilities

-Scheduling Team Meetings -Keep order in team -One on one sessions with players -Team Vod reviews and team practice sessions -attend coach meetings -keep admin updated on progress of team -Follow code of conduct as well as enforcing it with players -Set an example for your team -Organize scrims with other teams

*Reminder: Players are low elo and its expected for them to have little or wrong knowledge of game.
