Looking for Support for ranked 5v5 team/ tournament team plat

Hello, I am looking to start a ranked 5v5 team and maybe play some tournaments with this team for rp/ cash prizes. I am just a manager for the team and I will run this team and hopefully achieve greatness with the team. I will be providing coaching and helpful team bonding sessions once we become closer as a team as well.
