LF esport team or be part of a ligue

Hi so i'm a top laner main and my second role is support. Right now i'm plat 2 but been plat 1 pretty much all season and failed diamond promo 2 time this season. I'm looking to join a esport team or some amateur ligue something like that since i would like to be part of an organization and i'm ready to commite for it.
