Creating Serious dedicated team (bronze)

So ive been on teams and they play for about a week then not again. Im looking to create a serious team that wants to play everyday. I am on 4-5 hours a day and want people that play a lot during the same time. time schedule 9am-4pm through the week. Im pacific time
