Creating dedicated Bronze team to move up.I

Been playing league for 3 years off and on and i play now 4 to 5 hours a day ranked. started at b2 and have dropped due to trolls and ragers. Want to put together a team to move up. We dont have to be the best but need to be serious about grinding. I play any lane and willing to take advice.
