I'm also going to start quoting peoples applications and putting why I didn't contact you. Read the entire topic.

The team typically plays together after 9 pm EST but SOMETIMES earlier.

• Silver 5 - Gold 1 in solo que.
• Looking for people who main the role that they play. It doesn't matter to me if you mained it last season, last season was almost a year ago now.
• Going to be using the OGZ teamspeak for a voice program.
• Need to have sufficient ranked play in the position that you're applying for, if you wanna play jungle but have less than 20 jungle games this season in ranked I'm not interested. Same goes for all roles. I'm wanting people who actually put forth an effort to play the role that they want to main, not people who " play every role" and are just mediocre at them. I Check everyone's stats, if you apply for a position and you barely have any games played as that position you're not what I'm looking for.
• MUST BE 18+ YEARS OLD, 21+ is preferred, Can't stress how much i hate playing with younger people because they're always talking about random shit the entire game instead of focusing. Yes, there are tons of teenagers who are mature, but weeding through the bad ones to reach the good ones is bleh
• Have a good microphone to use. If you have a bunch of feedback, or have alot going on in the background it's distracting for the 4 other players.
• Rank means a lot less to me than stats do. I WILL be looking at everyone's stats who I'm interested in. I'd rather have a Silver 5 mid with great stats over a Gold 1 mid who averages 10 deaths a game every game.
• Date and time will have to be decided on, as a place holder, it'll most likely me afternoon/ evenings. I expect every member of the team to play ranked in their free time when they get a chance. A lot of people say they hate solo que, fine, but I see it this way. If you want to get better, do you practice against people who are worse than you or who are learning new champs? or do you practice against people are at your skill level or even higher?
• Trust your team mates to play their roles. Criticism is a great thing, it helps people get better, but; MOST people do not know how to give constructive criticism. If you are the type who spends more time asking people on your team why they're playing a champion, or why they are building a specific item, this is not the team for you. Trust is the most important thing in a team atmosphere.
• Know how to lose your lane graciously, it is one thing to lose your lane, it happens to literally everyone. But there's a difference between losing your lane, and feeding them to the point that you make it very hard for our team to win.
• It is likely to take a week or two to find the whole team, be okay with us not just taking the first 4 to apply and playing. *This team is just to have some fun playing as 5, we're going to lose, a lot, but I expect we'll also win a lot. Once the team is comfortable we may look around for tournaments or the sort. But thats a long ways off. If I can think of anything else I'll update this list accordingly.
