Starting an Esport Team

Hello there League World. This is OrangePPanda here! Ever since season 5 when I was introduced to League I have been hooked ever since. Watching SKT and KOO really got me into the professional team and professional gaming as a whole. The fans filling the arena and screaming after a PENTAKILL and the esport casters bringing new insights to the game really captured my attention. But anyways recently with the new season starting and the new spring split starting up, I have been inspired to start a new adventure. I want to be an esport entrepreneur. I have this big vision about owning my own organization and own teams across many different games. Games like League, Dota 2, CS GO, and many more titles. After tuning into 100 Thieves YouTube channel and seeing NadeShot's story inspired me to start now rather than later. Anyways, I sort of have a basic plan of what to do and how things operate, but I need advice and much more. So if anyone Is willing to talk with me over discord and give me help and advice I would highly appreciate it. But lets talk about League of Legends specifically. Currently I am Silver 2. I don't play much ranked but I do watch high level gameplay. I watch the LCS every weekend and learn more about the game every time I watch the stream. What is unique is I watch EU, LCK, and NA. So I have a high knowledge of the game. Overall I am not asking for a team, I am not asking for a coach. I am asking for professional help to start a business. Help would be greatly appreciated.
