D5 Mid/Top LF Serious Competitive Team.

I've played a ton of ranked 5s over the last 2 years, I'd love to find a team that I can settle down with and grind the ladder. Most of the teams end up falling apart and so on. I'm looking for a team that has a manager/coach, and hopefully some analysts, with level headed players that don't rage often. I can play any of my roles very well, and I intend to improve and evolve my play style to that of a team.
