Team Spicy Boys looking for a team manager

**Team Manager responsibilities: **

Player focused: You understand your impact on the player and viewer experience because you are a player too. You use that knowledge to improve the overall experience of all our games events.

Experienced: You have at least some kind of experience in managing a team. Like setting up scrims, keeping players on time and setting up schedules for players.

Positively collaborative: You talk to staff, and the team owner on what can possibly improve the organization and brainstorming with them.

There is no form of payment at the moment for your services. Once Team Spicy Boys gets more off the ground and we can actually start doing things that require more money etc.
