Creating a ranked 5s plat+ only

Hi i'm looking to start a team that would play depend on the schedule of the player. I want people that wont leave the team a couple of days later need to have a mic and communication system like skype and stuff like that. Need to be able to take resposability and critism were looking to improve ourself individualy and in team. need to be plat+. I would like to do online tournament witht he team to if your notinterested in that pls dont apply

Rank Last Season: I hit Plat 1, but ended Plat 2 or 3.

Role Desired: Middle Lane

Main Champions: Zed, Talon, Orianna

Pool of Champions: Zed, Talon, Orianna, Lux, Annie, Katarina, LeBlanc, Lissandra, Cho'Gath, Ezreal, etc. I play a TON of champions and have a very deep pool.

Time Zone: CST

Availability: Nights and Weekends

Strengths: Large champion pool, can adapt to play in different lanes, strong mentality and won't tilt easily, and you will rarely see me lose a 1v1 matchup.

Weaknesses: I added this in because I think it's important to note someone's weakness. Shot-calling. I think this is my single biggest weakness and why I find myself unable to move past platinum rank. I can win my lane and get an advantage, but am weak at determining what objectives I should be aiming for at different points of the game. I usually do really well in teams that have a shot-caller.

Why are you looking for a team?: I'm looking for a team because I find the game much more enjoyable when I'm with a great group of people and playing pretty serious. Casual gaming is for nerds. :)

Any Questions you have: Are you a leader? Will you be able to shot call? Are you flexible with people's schedules? Are you prone to getting really pissed off if the team doesn't perform well?
