Former amatuer challenger scene coach Looking to help out lower elo teams

Hey my name is Erik and I was a coach in the challenger scene for Mentality gaming, Lagg esports, Zenith esports, Avalanche gaming, and a few other rosters. I never made it into the nacs with a roster, but now I am looking to focus on other endeavours of my life and still have a passion for watching determined people grow in the team. I can offer both macro and micro coaching and individual coaching for teams for free. if youre just an individual and you would like coaching I will do that for 20 dollars a session a session can be from an hour to 3 hours depending on what the coaching is over. I cant commit to individual coaching for free due to time reasons. For individual coaching we can have a conversation for free about your gameplay etc and then we can take a look at vods and develop a plan to improve. A lot of people wonder how I was able to coach challenger level teams at a gold 5 level. And I was a analyst on a stream for a long time and I was contacted through then. when I went into coaching I played a lot of different roles and just started really to play the game to understand the meta. I never have devoted myself to climbing fully and when I did ive had mixed results. I think I could get to a high level if I applied myself in the game but that's not really what I want to do.
