Serious competitive/tourny team LF 3 (Gold +)

Hi all! Me and a good friend of mine have been looking for a serious, dedicated, and active team for a couple weeks now. Sadly, people just aren't as active as we'd like, so we're taking it upon ourselves to start our own team.

We primarily fill, though I prefer ADC or MID when it comes to competitive 5v5 as that's what I'm most experienced with, and he can play anything. So right now we're looking for 3 people to round out the roster. We're accepting apps for any lane as of right now, so post whatever your MAIN is.

Here are the requirements:

Gold 3 + Please have TS3 installed, we use this primarily. Easier to organize people and such. Must be active and dedicated. The team is not going to win every game, sooner or later we will fall into a slump and have to work together to improve ourselves. I work from home and my friend is a college student, so we have a lot of free time on our hands and play a lot, we ask that you have at least 3-4 days open to play for a few hours. But, of course, real life always comes before video games.

We've also recently picked up a sponsorship from Destiny Falls where we will be doing tournaments as often as possible.

PLEASE MAIN THE ROLE YOU ARE APPLYING FOR. I cannot stress how annoying it is to have people apply to be a mid laner but can only play AP ez and trist and don't know how to play/work the mid lane. I will be checking lolskill to ensure you actually play the role you're applying for.

Application:

IGN - Role - Rank - Age - Availability - TS3? - Shot-calling ability (rate it 1-10, 10 being the highest) -
