Looking for a Pool Party team, to climb ranked (Silver)

The hole community is lacking team points, so I would like to have a team set up, to play very constantly, so we can help the team points grow, and rank up. I'm looking for people that can play various lanes, are nice, hardcore gamers, and would like to voice chat for more teamwork strategies.
