A dreamer ... Need a team, I am Jungler/Support

My home is the jungle, My backyard is the botlane, I can gladly fill the support role (since I'm pretty good at it), but I shine best in the jungle I have played since season 3 and I know how the meta shifts and I really prefer to play as a team overall, I have never liked solo queue that much, because I'm more of a team player. I am willing to play with a low ELO team, and would like to get to the Top (Diamond), but I aspire for much more, much much more ;)
