Ranked Team

I am looking to form or join a ranked team with people that are on pretty much everyday. I like to play a lot and would love a team that does too. I was silver last season but haven't been too lucky getting out of elo hell this season. Just want a team that is willing to play serious and point out my mistakes as well as others and be willing to take criticism. I really don't like ragers so please just no. I understand getting upset but don't freak out over everything. Add me in game if you are interested in creating a ranked team with me or add me if you want me to join yours. I can play both 3's and 5's. I personally prefer to play mid or top but I am best at support which is fun too. I will occasionally have insane jungle games and adc games where I go like 16-0 or something crazy but I am not consistent with that and will admit those are by far my worst roles so if you need someone in those roles I am not the guy for you.
