Just go ahead and jump in if you want some people to play. At this moment, we have a group of friendly people playing norms I think. They just started a game so you can probably join them in like 20 mins (assuming you're online and constantly checking this). We're filthy casuals; no need for an application or anything, just jump in and join a room, any room, with people. Even if it's a ranked room, we'll prob be welcoming.
