Help!

I'm a support/Mid main struggling in Bronze. Last season I finished in Silver 3, but I'm just having a really hard time climbing back out of bronze. I really would like some help, whether it's helping me climb or helping me get better as a player I'd love to have someone to duo with. I'd prefer an ADC main silver 3+ last season.
