Mid/support main LF team or flex partner

So I was S3 last season, placed in silver 3 in flex queue, lost one game and was demoted to bronze 3? Anyway, I'm tired of going in alone. Most of my friends have quit league, or hate flex and wont play with me. I'm looking for either a full team that needs a Support and/or a mid. Preferableed silver ranked as well or higher, as I'm wanting to learn and climb. I want friendly, cooperative teammates. No flaming, at all. Constructive criticism is fine.
