Building a Ranked 5's Team Gold 5+ (all roles) {S}

I am looking to put together a ranked 5's team, i am currently under an organization who does fund with certain things. I want people who are going to be on daily and who are going to want to grind and get better as a team. So it is a serious ranked 5's team. Looking for practice schedule Monday-Thursday 4-730 pm pst Friday- Pending Saturday- Pending Sunday- Pending

Must have skype

I am currently stuck in Elo Hell at S5 because i dont play much ranked, but i was a Gold 1 Mid main last season and thinking of playing ADC or Jungle, but all roles are open for trial.

For those who are consistent and honest and who are really trying to be on the team there will be an incentive.
