Gold 3s and 5s :: Ranked Team :: Skilled Players Only.

Hey guys, making a ranked team for this end of the season. We are going to be getting to gold in BOTH 3's and 5's, and everyone who fully participates WILL get in 10 games for both the border and the icon.
I'm diamond 5, and I will be mid or toplaning.
There are no true requirements, however you must show me that you are an exceptionally skilled player at your role. No tryouts, but if we lose even one game we are going to fully figure out why and correct it. Its likely only plat+ will get on unless you really can show me you know what you are doing through stats or composure.
I'm leaving for classes, i'll check any applications after. Please post in here and add 'Permafrozt' in game.

Will you commit the time to finish up this season with two extra icons and borders?: Honestly I've been putting more time this season to this then i should be, when I should be focusing on School work, browsing Reddit and forums for the tiers of champs/ comps. Getting a team which I wasn't able to join cause of grades to register and force them to practice for the NCAA 2016. Even going to the extent of write job like resumes to people on this board to join teams of plat5+ gone into interviews and such, just to even score a spot as a sub for scrims to personally improve my gameplay. Recently I've also been spending 5-6 hours a day on PBE getting ready for next season and adjusting comps to the new items and paths. So yes, i will be willing to put in more effort needed to this. before season ends.
