Diamond 5 AD looking for a late night team to climb with.

Basically the title says it. I'm looking for a group of Diamond and up late night players (after 11 CST on most nights) to climb with with the goal of hitting Diamond/Masters in 5s. I have ranked 5s experience but haven't found a group that will stick together just yet and would like to find a long term team position. I also want to find a team to help improve myself as a player for when I have to solo queue. I know there is room to improve, but the answer to me is not revolving around getting lucky with who you get matched with every game with the hope that at least 2 of those players don't feed. The team doesn't need to be super serious, the biggest part is I like the communication aspect of the game and want to have fun with the people I play with. But if the team ends up getting good enough or is already good enough, I would consider tournament play.
