TL;DR: Starting a plat 1 (ish) and up ranked 5s team for the people with the right attitude and skill level

This will be a late night team due to my work schedule with late meaning after about 11 CST on most days so if that is an issue, you probably won't need to apply. So with that being said, I've been looking to join a ranked 5s team for a little while now, but it never seemed like I was getting anywhere. I scrolled through the (kind of scary) list of discussions posted in Team Recruitment and it was really hard to find anything that fitted what I was looking for. So it dawned on me. HEY. Make a team yourself and just make what you want happen (don't let your dreams be dreams). So that's what I'd like to do. I am probably going to be either the AD or the Mid, but anyone that is Plat 1 or above preferably can tryout (for any role by the way) for either and if you're a good fit, I'll take the other role and let you do you, with the rest of the roles being tried out for normally. This is something brand new to me, I've never been on a ranked 5s team before, so having some prior experience in a team would be nice, but not at all required. It would also help me a lot if there is someone that has managed a team (or really anyone that can give me advice on this) before and can help me get the whole thing started. With that being said, I want this team to have the right mindset. I want to be good, but I want to look forward to playing with the people on the team so having the right attitude AND skill is important, with the right attitude probably being slightly preferred. I want this team to see how far it can go so let's get to Masters together okay?
