LF Diamond 4+ Experienced in 3's players to Rush Challenger/Master with. Teams or Players

Either players or teams, want to grind to get challenger/master if possible, or as high as we can go. Players must be experienced in higher elo ranked 3's.

For teams, all i want is good mmr and just know what you're doing. Don't have to be ranked.

I play solo bot or Support.
