Support main looking for team to play with a few nights a week

I'm an adult who would love to schedule some times to improve and rank up to at least gold. If you are a coach or would like to duo and help me out that would be awesome. I main Nautilus support who recently got a buff! :) I also play Sona/Morg/Braum. I play all the roles for fun, but when it's ranked I go support. Would love to get on a team and have some fun and win some Elo. Let's go!

On a personal note, I don't rage, swear, or talk dirty. I play for fun, but play to win. I have a family and a very demanding job so I can commit to play at most 7 games a week. Preferably over a couple nights/evenings rather than 1 a night.
