Hello hello my name is Ramon, Ramen Catt in game. As of our now we have a full roster of players consisting of 3 golds and 2 plats. We just started playing ranked games and we are looking to take the team serious we won all 5 of our placement matches and places in silver 4 we have 7 games in total with one loss. We struggle with coming up with compositions as well as knowing our win condition. We do need a serious coach with a lot of time on their hands that is also interested in going far with us as well. We are open to having both an analyst and a coach on our team.

What we would like in our Coach/ Analyst •A lot of knowledge of the game/ team comps/ win conditions/ analyze games and be able to give back constructive criticism. Can be Gold plus but would prefer diamond but we are looking for the person that has the better knowledge of the game and be able to coach and lead a team. •Dedication to the team •No Racist remarks •Ability to handle loses, learn from them, and move on. •Good personality •Ability to coach at least 4x a week •Ability to give criticism without offending someone/being offended. •Not too-tense, easy to get along with. •Ability to communicate via Skype.

What we DO NOT want as a Coach/Analyst:

•Toxicity •Raging •Hostility •Quitter/"give up" mentality

If you want to be winning, you'll often have to change your strategies and compositions. I'm definitely not cut out for that coach thing lol. Gl.

im down for it i watch plenty of lcs and am on 24/7 but i hate big applications

Knowledge of meta/Team comps?: I have helped my current team build compositions as well as strategies. In regards to this ever changing meta I am able to keep up.

Do you watch LCS or anything with competitive often?: I keep up with LCS (NA&EU) I also frequent LCK and LPL when I get any time to.

Prior/Current Team Experience?: I currently play support for the team Hybrid Theory. I also have been in progress with helping a collegiate team named LMC.

Tourney experience?: Small one v one and paired 5v's.

Are you dedicated to do tourneys with us in the future?: Will be able to so long as if lan some form of compensation is available.

I understand how to coach a competitive team and what it will take to get a team to the next level Do you watch LCS or anything with competitive often?: I watch every single LCS match and follow it very closely and understand the competitive level of this game very well Prior/Current Team Experience?: I have played on a few teams that were bronze and were just with my friends and have played in a couple tournys and have studied the game and team comps Tourney experience?: Played in 2 tourneys Are you dedicated to do tourneys with us in the future?: Absolutely i would love to coach a serious team. i have a vast knowledge of the game and how it works i just lack the mechanical skill to get myself to a high level of play

in addition i read every patch note that is released in detail so as to keep up with the ever changing meta and what direction it is swinging at any given time
