Ranked 5s Team LF an ADC to sub in

Hello Hello everyone me and my team are looking for an adc to support our team, our current adc isnt on very often so we decided to look for a sub we've already finished placements and we have a coach as well as team comps we are practicing it would be great if we could find an adc that is Gold +. We are a group of friends so were very laid back and like to have fun but take games seriously. Were looking for someone that not only fits the role but can also be a friend.

What we would like in this player: •Dedication •No Racist remarks •Ability to handle loses, learn from them, and move on. •Good personality •Ability to practice at least 3x a week •Ability to take criticsm/give criticsm without offending someone/being offended. •Not too-tense, easy to get along with. •Ability to communicate via Skype.
