Top Laner/Jungler looking for semi serious team

Hey guys, I am a top lane/Jungle main looking for a team to play with because I get bored in solo Q sometimes. I am currently only S4, but have a 67% win rate in solo Q (54-27) and have been climbing very quickly. I generally play from 9PM-1AM PST, but am currently not working due to having ankle surgery so I am on quite often right now. As a top lane I play: Vlad(By far my best in the top lane) AD Fizz,Irelia, Kass, Nid. I learn champs very quickly and would be willing to learn others as needed, I am just use to having to carry so I play carry top lanes normally. Jungle: Sej, AD Fizz, Lee, Nid, J4. I mained jungle for most of my league life. I can play anyone in the jungle effectively. Those are just the ones I most commonly use.

I use curse voice usually but am down with whatever (Not a fan of skype but thats fine)

When I am not hurt I do play basketball at nights on Mon, Tues and Wed. So if we are gonna be playing I would normally get on around 10. If you are interested in talking hit me up.
