Support Main looking for serious ranked 5's team

Looking for a serious ranked 5's team that isn't just thrown together, wont disband after a few games, willing to work to get better and climb elo. My rank is silver but i support at a much higher level, have very good map awareness, can play all support champs. I dont rage and am open to criticism if its justified.
