Support looking for Ranked 5 team

Main support looking for a serious ranked 5's team that won't disband, i'm currently silver but my support skills are much higher, am sufficient with all supports but i usually go with thresh, braum and leona. I don't rage in games and i get along with most people i play with. Am available almost anytime.
