Plat III Top/Mid looking for ranked 5s team/dynamic queue

I am a plat 3 top/mid lane main and am looking for some serious ranked teams/dynamic queue players to climb the ladder with. Serious means no one trick ponies, no troll picks, and regular, organized gameplay/practice.
