Plat V Top/Mid/AD looking for team/dynamic

I am a plat V top/mid/AD lane main and am looking for some serious ranked teams/dynamic queue players to climb the ladder with. Serious means no one trick ponies, no troll picks, and regular, organized gameplay/practice.

My strength is with utility peal mages, hence why I plan to master Lulu next. I do not know if you would count that as a one trick pony, it is just that I am extremely comfortable playing Soraka vs nearly all matchups. I would like for us to play a couple normals together so that we can see if we mesh together well. Also so that you can determine whether I am even any good. I believe that I am a pretty good support, but that will be up to you to decide. I generally like extremely aggressive ADCs. I am an extremely serious player and plan to get to Diamond by June. I take any critque I can because there is always some way I can get better. I am very positive and optimistic in game. I never rage. I see no point in it. It is not gonna make the players play any better, but positivity can. I tend to mute people who rage at me. I am also deeply against surrendering because a game is not lost until our nexus falls. I block anyone who surrenders.
