adc/mid main lf serious team

Gold 1 season 4, plat before reset, currently Silver 3 (haven't been grinding solo que, been focusing on 5's this season) adc main.

I'm looking for a team who takes the game seriously. Obviously we want to win every game, but there will be losses, and would not like a team that's going to seperate after one. I want a team that focuses on team comps, duoing in solo que, has a set schedule etc etc.

I play all meta champs as well as some personal favorites. Have lots of experience in 5's and tournament teams as adc.
