Looking for a high level personal coach

i am currently silver, hit gold in pre season, returned from a break a few weeks back, and i want to ask for some help, i understand the concept of the game, and i have a decent understanding of how objectives work, and positioning most of the time, lane phase is decent, but im looking for someone to help guide me to improve, as of today i am trying to look at the game with a completely different mind set, im gonna break my play down and improve on stuff one by one, starting today first will be CS as its the most important, gonna focus hard and set small easy goals and keep working on it, after that ill improve more things, if anyone is willing to coach me that would be great, im currently playing adc, love lucian, i think he is the most fun, and you would have my 100% full cooperation, in return, if i find you to be helpful ill buy some rp. and also i am not claiming to be a good player, im just claiming to have a better understanding of the game then a majority of silver players. It is worth noting that i play this game constantly when im not working, and i love this game, and i really do want to put in the effort to improve
