LF a coach/mentor, either mid, top, or jungle

Hello, I am narter4 and I have been playing League since season 3. I am making this post because since I have been playing ranked I have never truly noticed extreme improvement, and I wish to change that. I am looking for someone to coach me in either Top, Mid, Or Jungle. Not all of them, just one. Please Be Gold2 or up. I do not have money, so I can't pay you for it. Also, if you are worried that I can't take criticism, do not worry about that I can take any criticism as long as it is constructive. Please add me in game ign narter4 or comment down here if you can help me. Hope to hear from you soon! Thanks!
