Looking to coach

I haven't done serious coaching yet, but I did help a friend of mines team make it to gold(I know that is nothing). As the title suggests, I am interested in getting into the coaching scene but it appears to be harder than it looks with teams falling apart, constantly changing rosters, etc. I just want to start somewhere so it doesn't matter what the rank. I play with higher elo friends alot so I feel my understanding of the game far surpasses my mechanics. So... if you have a team that is looking to improve PLEASE message me.
