Team Dreamstate looking for ADC

Hey guys and gals, our adc has a busy schedule and has decided to step down so we will be looking for someone to fill his role. Before I go into what is to be expected, please not that I will not accept nor consider anyone sending me friend requests. Please fill out the following application if you wish to be considered.
