Vicious eSports Tempest looking for Head Coach/Analyst

Hey everyone, some of you may have seen my earlier post looking for people to try out for Vicious eSports' flagship League of Legends team, VcS Tempest. Tryouts were a huge success and we've landed a lineup that we're very happy with. That being said, we're actively seeking both a Head Coach and up to 2 Analysts to work with our team in both individual and team-based areas. As the team manager, I'll be working closely with you to help our team reach their maximum potential.

Requirements: -Must be ranked Platinum+ (Exceptions may be made, though you'd have to impress me with credentials) -Must be 17+ -Must have a positive attitude and a willingness to work hard -Must have a flexible schedule

We have a dedicated Discord server that will be used for both text and voice communication, so Discord is a must.

The responsibilities of the Head Coach will be to host weekly VOD reviews focusing on teamwork, work on individual play as needed, and help with Pick/Ban in scrims/tournaments if deemed necessary. Analysts will assist with this task as well as help our players individually with understanding the current meta.

Currently, these positions are considered voluntary with no monetary compensation. However, you'll be able to rack up plenty of experience in coaching.
