Vicious eSports Recruiting Diamond+ Team (Coach/Manager too!)

Hi everyone, I’m Pixie Stix. I’m a co-founder and head of the PC division (We’re also getting involved in the Xbox eSports scene) of Vicious eSports, an upcoming amateur eSports organization launching in the near future (ETA is ~2 weeks for official launch, though that may not be set in stone as our pieces continue to fall into place). To coincide with our launch, we’re looking to pick up a team to play for us in tournaments and _potentially _ compete in the Challenger Series Open Qualifier next season.

While we’ll be open to bringing in lower-elo teams in the future, our main goal right now is to recruit a Diamond+ squad for our flagship team, Vicious eSports Tempest. This will be a serious commitment involving a lot of time and effort for those involved. We would prefer to pick up a team that already has prior experience and synergy with each other, however I realize that isn’t easily found and thus we are open to anyone that meets the following criteria:

-Diamond V+ (Exceptions may be made for high Plat if you’re closing in on Diamond/hit Diamond last season) -Age 17+ -Flexible schedule -Good attitude -Prior experience working in a team would be a plus, though not required

Communication will take place primarily through our Discord channel, so having Discord installed is also a requirement.
