Team Spicy Boys is Looking for staff

Team Spicy Boys is looking to expand and grow in order for us to do this we need staff in order to make this a reality. We're currently taking anybody who wants to help us grow and become a great esports organization that fans will look up to and love since we're currently not paying our staff we want helpers and mature people.

Requirements in order to be accepted:

Be mature Be professional Be responsible Willing to learn Wanting to grow with us We don't want immature people causing drama, and not making things uncomfortable for staff/players. Doing any of these things while in the organization will have you immediately removed from the organization with no chance of coming back. Please be professional, if anything comes up between other staff members or players please do so professionally and provide evidence before just accusing of this person causing these issues. All problems should be either be dealt with staff meetings or in DM's to avoid any kind of drama and issues within the organization. Please show up for the majority of the staff meetings, we may not have much but these are important so we don't have to repeat ourselves, on top of this show us you can make times and manage your own personal life schedule. We understand life comes up and not everything can be avoided just let us know if you're going to be here or not just one little message goes a long way.
