Building Ranked 5's Team - Improve, have fun, learn, get rewards [Gold+]

Howdy, I'm putting together a ranked 5's team. We will play several days a week where it will be scheduled Ranked 5's time. Other than that the team will be expected to play together daily and practice, learn new champs, comps, etc.

A few things I expect from the members of the team:

1. Ambitious and willing to learn/improve upon every game
2. Take initiative to learn where your mistakes are.
3. Be able to set and achieve goals set upon yourself and the team.
4. Have an open mind, playstyles differ, team comps differ
5. Understand this is a gold team, you are not the best player around, you are not in the LCS so leave your "I am better than everyone" attitude at the door.
6. Have thick skin, improvement comes with stress and the team will have it's moments where we will be frustrated and want to quit. If you lose hope easily, don't bother applying.
7. Take the games we play seriously, but not to the point where you hold animosity towards everyone else.
8. Be able to admit when you make mistakes.

Please have a general understanding of the role, and experience in it. You don't have to be perfect, but I expect you to understand that you are playing an important part of the team.
