Gold 4 Support climbing fast LFDuo/Dynamic

I play regularly, would like to get plat this season.

I have a few conditions though;

• We all tilt, we all get frustrated, the moment you show that your tilt is affecting your gameplay I will call it a day for our queue.
• Keep rage/enthusiasm in good nature and fun.
• Play to win, and know how to get carried if you fall behind
• Be able to give constructive criticism (example of good criticism: 'I think it would've been better if you just stayed back in that fight. We lost because you were out of position" - Example of bad: 'What the fuck, man that's your fault, why would you even do that'

I'm looking to climb and those who want to climb with me. Anything else we can discuss. Also don't take it personally if I decide we don't have enough synergy. I understand it takes time to build synergy, but there is usually some form of connection.

I main Support and can jump on Mid/ADC/Jungle as well.
