LF MID/JG to tryout Diamond 5+

Hello my name is Dan aka DanNacht. I'm currently making a new team, and recruiting for the mid/jg positions. As you have guessed, the bot lane has been made already with me as the adc. I'm looking for dedicated individuals looking to be a part of a positive team environment focused on an open discussion and constructive criticism, and have high communications skills and aren't emotionally fragile. Also the X gaming is a placeholder to what the team will be called.

My expectations are 1 You can be upset when things aren't going right on the team or in game, but raging or passiveness aggressiveness that creates a hostile team environment is not needed here. I assure you if you do these things you will not be on the team for very long. 2 I believe solo queue is good indication for a players raw skill and talent, so I expect you to have at least 2 solo queue games on your own, mostly everyday. I don't need you to be rising up to challenger in a week, but I don't want you to stay at diamond 5 for a month and not be expected to be confronted and worse case scenario kicked. 3 I am a firm believer of the meta. There is a reason why some picks are viable and some are not. I expect you to be able and willing to play meta champs, but I will not force you to not play a champ that you destroy games, tourneys, solo queue with. 4 We will try to play everyday, but everyone has a schedule. We will work around that. I also need you to be able to make tournaments. Lastly do not be late for team practice if you have a valid reason please communicate it to me. I expect you to be out of game by the time we start for practice. 5 Be open to criticism and willing to state your mind about issues or things you want changed with me and/or the coach. I don't want people to hold what they feel inside.

Last of all shotcalling. It is a touchy subject because many say they can shotcall, but they just can't. They either go silent when you're losing and succumb to the pressure of the responsibility. I will be the judge of that. There is a difference between having good game knowledge and having the wit to micro manage several people and win the game in the most effective way.

It may sound strict at first, but I feel this is the level of expectations needed to build a good team environment that's mature, and won't last a week.

You will need to be able to use teamspeak, curse voice, etc for coms.

Aggressive, but able to play safe. Logic is my strongest. Strengths: Logic. Weaknesses: Rely on team too much. IGN: Kamisshake RANK: d4 MAIN CHAMPS: Kayle, Illaoi, Trundle, Cho' Gath, Swain, Shyvana TOP, MID, and/or JG: Top and jungle Strengths: Exceptional game knowledge, good calls, vocal, teamfighting, I have played on competitive teams in other games so I know how to act as a unit, able to play from behind very well, I never "tilt" I believe its just a made up word for poor play. Weaknesses: Full commitment to a decision, good or bad. Sometimes too greedy. Should ward more. Sometimes make risky calls when behind (but sometimes you need to) AGE: 25 About your self: Don't really know what to put here, I love league been playing since s1. Looking for a team to consistently play with. Been high rated in other competitive games. One of the most reliable people you will meet.
