looking for an ADC for serious ranked 5s gold/plat+

I am currently looking for a gold/ plat ADC player that is active and has a positive attitude to fill in the last spots of our ranked 5s team for the 2015 season. We will be joining tournaments online so we will be playing together a lot to build team synergy and get to know each other. Also must be able to learn new champions that are in the meta or for any specific team comps.
